– A Holding Company for Africa’s Premier Virtual Markets


Excite Incorporated came into being based on the need to leapfrog Africa’s development using Technology and Trade.


For so long, Africa has had defined potentials in terms of her people and resources but infrastructure, technology, finance and access to market has been bane behind harnessing these potentials and creating a better livelihood for all on the Continent. Excite therefore comes to help excite markets across Africa and create linkages with global economic centre while helping to develop productive though informal sectors across Africa.

Bolaji Okusaga

Managing Director, Precise

Bolaji Okusaga attended Obafemi Awolowo University where he graduated in Dramatic Arts as the best graduating student of the 1994 class winning the prestigious Wole Soyinka Prize for the best graduating student in the department as well as the Professor Michael Crowder Award for the best graduating student in the three creative arts departments in the school.

He had a short stint in Arts Management and Consultancy at the International Centre for the Arts under the tutelage of Ambassador Segun Olusola before proceeding to do his National Youth Service in the Marketing unit of the Broad Street Branch of the then Lion Bank of Nigeria. At the end of the service, he was awarded a commendation certificate in recognition of his leadership qualities.

He proceeded to the University of Ibadan where he bagged a master’s degree in Communication and Language Arts in 1998 before joining Minaj Broadcast International as a Producer / Researcher. He later joined Presentations Plus, a firm of Branding and Reputation Managers. While with Presentations Plus, working closely with the Director of Media and Publicity as well as other Campaign Directors, he handled as Head Strategy, the Media Strategy as well as the brand perception of the principal characters in the Obasanjo / Atiku 2003 Presidential Campaign.

He joined Marina International Bank and was part of the team responsible for delivering a compelling brand proposition which help drive the bank’s business strategy. With the wave of the Nigerian Banking Industry consolidation in 2004 and its imperative for mergers and acquisition, he was part of a nine-man integration project management team that drove the merger between Access Bank, Capital Bank and Marina Bank. At end of the merger which led to a bigger Access Bank in September 2005, he was appointed Head, Investor Relations in October 2005. In 2007, he was appointed to lead a team of change makers at The Quadrant Company, Nigeria’s premier strategic communications company, becoming Managing Director for over a decade, before resigning to set up Precise.

Bolaji has attended several courses on Branding, Corporate Strategy, Product Development, Change Management as well as Mergers and Acquisition. He is a member of the United Kingdom Chartered Institute of Public Relations and an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and was the 2nd Vice President of the Association of Corporate Affairs Managers of Banks. He has attended a number of Leadership and Management trainings in places such as Duke University in Durham, North Carolina and the Lagos Business School.


Andrew Otiko

Chief Executive Officer, Mobinet Group Holdings Limited, Hong Kong

Andrew Otiko is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Science degree in Analysis, Design & Management of Information Systems, which he obtained at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is also qualified in Advanced Financial Modelling, qualification obtained from the London School of Business and Finance.

Andrew began his professional career at Deloitte in the UK and later moved to Barclays Wealth as a compliance consultant, which provided a platform to develop his knowledge and experience in the banking industry. He also worked at BG Group as a compliance consultant, which further enhanced his knowledge and experience in the Energy industry. He later worked at Nomura International where he consulted on risk and compliance matters affecting the global operations of the bank.

His most recent role in full time employment prior to establishing his own business was that of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a global commodity trading group involving oil, dry bulk minerals and agriculture where he was in charge of negotiations for credit lines with banks, contracts and terms of letters of credit with counterparties.

Andrew has a passion and drive for true financial inclusion incorporating the latest thinking in financial technology specially focused on the challenges faced by the unbanked and underbanked majority in Africa. Andrew has been referred to as an expert in financial inclusion and has spoken at various conferences in the United Kingdom and across Africa sharing insights and information on best practices in empowering the bottom of the pyramid consumers.


Wale Niyi-Otiko

Senior Partner, Davos Holdings Group, Hong Kong

Wale is a fully qualified PRINCE2 Project manager and a Business Process Reengineering specialist. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Hull (UK), Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Managing Performance & Change) from the Open University, Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and a Certificate in Housing Practice from the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Prior to his current role at Davos Holdings Group, Wale worked mainly in the UK’s Public sector across various local authorises in various capacities such as Junior Project Manager, Business Process Mapping analyst and a Benefits Consultant. This meant that Wale was actively involved in the drawing up and the maintenance of complex project plans that required the co-ordination of different service areas that had significant impact on large areas of the Council’s operation and other related external services, which all contributed to the development of the Council’s long-term strategic plans of delivering value for money services.

Wale is very passionate about Africa, he believes in poverty alleviation and financial freedom for the masses.


R. Olurotimi Tijani

Chairman Adanla Holdings – USA

Mr. Tijani is an experienced biotechnology professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the food, manufacturing and biotechnology industry.

As a founding partner and vice president at ProteoCell biotechnologies in Montreal Canada, Mr. Tijani played a significant role in the setting up, funding and successful development of a host of difficult to express recombinant proteins, biologics (including monoclonal antibodies) and vaccines. In addition to his technical responsibilities with ProteoCell bioprocess and process analytics development, Mr. Tijani was also responsible for the company’s finances. Mr. Tijani’s previous employments in various capacities include: DSM Biologics (Montreal, Canada), Imaflex Inc. (Montreal, Canada), Lonza Biologics (Portsmouth, NH USA). Throughout his career, Mr. Tijani has continued to refine his expertise in experimental science in the biopharmaceutics industry including in small business management, logistics, team building and operations

He has spent the last 10 years in glycoengineering, development and scaling up monoclonal antibodies. Currently he is working mechanistic modeling of N-glycosylation golgi of CHO cells.
